Over the past 14 months, Julian has been working closely with Lowestoft Town Council on a series of filming and community-engagement initiatives connected to the Town Hall redevelopment project. As the historic building undergoes its transformation, Julian has been documenting the process through striking, emotive imagery that captures both the progress of the construction and the spirit of the community it serves.
