Continuing the apprentice-themed content for Natio Continuing the apprentice-themed content for National Apprenticeship Week, here’s a look back at another fantastic shoot for Apprenticeships Norfolk at the incredible Blickling Hall in Norfolk.

Working at such an iconic @nationaltrust property was a privilege in itself — but what really stood out was seeing first-hand the impact apprenticeship opportunities are having within the local community.
Heritage, skills development and real career pathways all coming together in one place. A great reminder of why apprenticeships matter — not just for individuals, but for regions and industries too.

It has been compelling to work with Apprenticeship It has been compelling to work with Apprenticeships Norfolk, capturing strong visuals of real apprentices at work across Norfolk. Collaborating this time around with The Norwich School of Hair & Beauty.
Moving into the studios of NSHB, it was enjoyable learning how apprentices have changed their business and how they undertake a variety of roles and become a crucial part of the school’s ongoing development.

Working in my hometown is a real joy. Since starti Working in my hometown is a real joy. Since starting my business in 2008, I’ve worked across the UK, Europe, and Africa—but working just three miles from my studio, in a building where I assisted photographers in the 1990s, feels extra special.

Last week I loved watching @hh_limited install the new clock faces for the Lowestoft Town Hall Project. This building will be a fantastic boost for the historic high street, and details like this show the pride @lowestofttowncouncil is putting into the area.

Exciting times ahead for the building and town.

A fascinating insight recently into one of Cambrid A fascinating insight recently into one of Cambridgeshire’s top companies.
Shooting for Alan Boswell Group I was treated to a wonderful learning journey into AnthroTek, who are developing and validating hyper-realistic synthetic human systems for medical human factors, usability engineering, device development, medical training, robotics, and surgical simulation.

I left astonished—and somewhat in awe—of the work being undertaken in these industries. As a mere photographer, the complexity of modern technology and the speed at which it’s evolving simply blows me away.
To have a company like this, in the East is so rewarding for all.

What a fantastic way to kick off the festive seaso What a fantastic way to kick off the festive season! 🎄 I’m in the final stretch before the Christmas break and spent a brilliant Sunday morning with the wonderful Big C Cancer Charity in Thetford, capturing the magic of their ever-popular Santa Run.

The forest came alive as Santa, Rudolph, elves, and a whole host of festive characters hit the trail for this joyful fundraising run. It was an amazing sight and, most importantly, helped raise vital funds for a hugely important local charity. A truly heart-warming event and a perfect start to the Christmas celebrations!

My goodness the chilly weather today brought with My goodness the chilly weather today brought with it some truly inspiring light. I was out with the drone filming for a client at sunrise yesterday morning and couldn't resist some stills from the most Easterly point in the UK. That light - it was quite something.

Last week I was onsite with the team at Excelsior Last week I was onsite with the team at Excelsior Trust in Oulton Broad, creating imagery as they prepare and finish the new mast for LT472. It’s been an incredible experience watching them shape a massive piece of Douglas fir and bring the new mast to life. Working mainly with traditional tools and remarkable craftsmanship, they’re helping to ensure the continued longevity of this iconic Lowestoft vessel.
I decided from the outset to shoot in black and white. It's something I've been working a lot more on recently with a few clients specifically requesting this and it's been an enjoyable capture and process. There has been something so incredibly tactile I've been missing from black and white

as a photographer one is always looking at the lig as a photographer one is always looking at the light and today of course was no different. on the way back from a shoot in Norfolk the light was stunning. I sadly couldn't get a suitable stop point on the A47, but as I drove over Breydon water I briefly pulled up and grabbed the Nikon and shot a few frames. It was a beautiful light (albeit the last of it!) but after a successful day shooting, it was a joy to finish my coffee, sit by the river and watch as the daylight surrendered to the cold evening.
I loved the energy at this recent shoot! After yea I loved the energy at this recent shoot!
After years of dedication, hard work, and no doubt a few stressful moments (and maybe a few tears), it was wonderful to see so many smiles at last week’s East Coast College graduation at the spectacular Great Yarmouth Minster.

A huge thank you to all the students and staff for making the event such a joy to capture!

Ever wondered how to forage for freshly-grown seas Ever wondered how to forage for freshly-grown seasonal produce out in the wild?
Well, me too. I was fortunate enough to join a foraging tour in Norfolk, shooting images for online and print media.
Not only do I enjoy being out in the countryside with the camera gear, but to join Jon on the Taste of the Wild workshop was educational and refreshing. Back to basics and returning home with enough tips and knowledge to hopefully carry this forward!

Enjoy a glimpse of foraging in Norfolk.
